Buying a home or other real property is an important investment decision, yet many Buyers overlook the need for independent legal representation, settling instead for the services of a title company referred to them by their mortgage broker or loan officer. Although title companies can adequately close a real property transaction for a Buyer, they do not generally represent the Buyer or Borrower, when a mortgage is involved.

We provide full title services with legal representation to our clients. Each closing file receives the personal attention of our attorneys, so Buyers and Sellers can rest assured that their interests are well served. The cost for our closing services is comparable to the fees charged by most title companies, but unlike most title companies, the Buyer or Seller comes first!  Our staff works with all parties involved in a transaction to facilitate a smooth and timely closing, with no unpleasant surprises at the closing table.
